Returns & Exchanges
At 12th Tribe, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear, which is why we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.
Start Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Choose Your Method
Select whether you would like to exchange for a different size, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.
Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, and attach the label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
